PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the optical fiber type video inverter and multi-line optical slip ring which are short in the interval between the input end and output end although long focal length were needed when a conventional prism or mirror is used and also applicable over a wide range by forming a hollow part at a center axis part. SOLUTION: The optical fiber video inverter and multi-line optical slip ring 30 have the opposite arranged input end surface 14 and output end surface 15 connected by many optical fibers 11, whose ends are both arranged in the same order on the input end surface 14 and output end surface 15. Further, information of video, etc., can be transmitted by using an input-side optical receiving and transmitting plate 31 and an output-side optical receiving and transmitting plate 33.
