PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the analyzed result as various materials by dividing the retrieval conditions of data into plural elements, storing these elements as retrieval history information and analyzing that information. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 2 acquires retrieval conditions corresponding to plural elements each time the data file of a CF card 3 is retrieved, and the retrieval condition for each element is stored in the retrieval history file of the terminal as retrieval history information. A server computer 1 prepares a retrieval history accumulation file 6 by collecting retrieval history files from the respective CF cards 3 in the state of setting the CF card 3 corresponding to the terminal, the contents of this retrieval history accumulation file 6 are analyzed with any element as a key and the analyzed result is outputted as the accumulation report of retrieval conditions.
