PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search for even a stranger who participated on various floors extremely easily and speedily by structuring a database of individual images by using stored individual image data through a digital image photographing and recording device. SOLUTION: The digital image photographing and recording device 2 of the individual information management system 1 arranged nearby the reception on a floor, etc., records digital photographic data by individuals photographed by an image photographing device 6 capable of the faces of the respective individuals while making decision codes correspond to the digital photographic data through a decision code input device 4, and then stores many pieces of individual image data so that they can be decided. An individual image editing device 3 structures the database of the individual images by using many pieces of individual image data stored through the digital image photographing and recording device 2 so that they can be decided. The individual image editing device 3 recombines the individual image data under conditions and stores the database of the individual images by the conditions in a main storage part 7.
