PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical aerosol is provided, which shows rapid analgetic and anti-inflammatory effect on the pain portion than existing ejection-type analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug by the refrigerating effect of the aerosol to the skin surface; and is easy to control pain by local anesthesia. CONSTITUTION: The pharmaceutical aerosols comprises of l-menthol(K.P.)(analgesic effect and antiseptic effect) 2.0g, d-Camphor(K.P.)(local irritation and antiseptic effect) 3.0g, methyl salicylate(K.P.)(local irritation and analgesic effect) 6.0g, diphenhydramin(K.P.)(anti-histamine) 0.2g, thymol(K.P.)(disinfectant and antiseptic effect) 0.2g, glycol salicylate 2.0g, tocopherol acetate(K.P.)(stabilizing effect on living membrane, and anti-oxidant effect) 0.2g, ethyl amino benzoate(K.P.)(local anesthesia) 2.0g, lidocaine(K.P.)(local anesthesia) 1.0g, ethanol(K.P.) adequate quantity. The pharmaceutical aerosol is prepared by pouring the mixed compound 20g into the vacuumed container filled with refrigerant.
