PURPOSE: A water level detection device is provided which automatically informs the time when the injection of Ringers solution from a Ringers bottle or a pack is finished so that it relieves stress and worry as injecting Ringers solution. CONSTITUTION: The water level detection device comprises the parts of: a water detection part which detects whether solution in the Ringer bottle or the pack remains or not; an amplifier which amplifies a signal from the water detection part; a print device to send a signal in a sound and light form; and a light fiber sensor which is placed at a chamber in which Ringers solution falls and uses a difference of refractive indexes to the presence or absence of the solution in the chamber to give a proper incidence angle to a light emission part and a light reception part of the sensor for detecting the presence of the solution.
