PURPOSE: A process for preparing multipurpose adhesives by mixing waste polystyrene foam, waste oil and blue paint is provided which produces an adhesive capable of being used for a waterproof agent, a PVC pipe adhesive, a bonding agent for repairing a tent and a painting composition for a slate roof. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of mixing 10kg Waste polystyrene foam, 20kg waste oil and 1kg blue paint and fermenting for about 20 hr. And the residue is mixed with sand to give a waterproof agent for repairing cracks generated in a cement wall. The adhesive composition is inexpensive, cured within 1 hr, easy to use and contributes to prevent environmental pollution.
