<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electronic mail device capable of plainly knowing whether or not address information is subjected to group registration, and the number of registered addresses at a glance and extremely easily executing a group registration operation and a group retrieval. SOLUTION: Attribute data for discriminating whether or not address information is subjected to group registration are provided for every address information. The group registration is discriminatingly displayed for group-registered address information on the basis of the attribute data, and also the number of group-registered addresses is displayed. When desirable address information to be subjected to group registration is specified among list-displayed address information, the specified address information is registered as a destination in the group while given a desirable address name. Further, address information having an address name or destination including a specific character string is retrieved from address information stored in an address information storage means and group registration based upon the retrieved address information as a destination and the specific character string as an address name is performed.</p> |
