The aerofoils(2,3) and control surfaces together with the fuselage side walls form an annulus on both sides of the fuselage(1). At least one propeller(9,10) is located in each annulus and positioned between the rear upper section of the aerofoil and forward lower section of the elevator surface(4). Each annulus has additional load bearing surfaces(7,8) for suspension of the propeller shaft and for guiding of the propulsion force transmission or engine suspension.
