PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unpleasant feeling obtained when a hand is brought into contact with a turned door in a merchandise taking-out opening by attaching a multistage motion unidirectional oscillating damper to an oscillating shaft and setting the characteristics of the damper so as to slow down a turning speed up to an angle position where the hand existing in the merchandise taking- out opening is brought into contact with the damper from an open position and to accelerate a turning speed from the angle position to the closed position. SOLUTION: A two-stage motion unidirectional oscillating damper 4b is attached to the side wall of a merchandise taking-out opening 2. An internal orifice is formed so that the damper 4b can not demonstrate a damping operation when a turning shaft 4b1 is turned by following a merchandise taking-out opening door 3 when the door 3 is turned from a closed position to an open position, that the damper 4b can demonstrate a large damping operation when the shaft 4b1 is turned by following the door 3 when turned from the opened position to a horizontal extending position, and that the damper 4b can demonstrate a small damping operation when the shaft 4b1 is turned by following when the door 3 is turned from the horizontal extending position to the closed position.
