A retroreflective sheet comprising a retroreflective element (5) with or without a first transparent colored layer (9) at the upper portion, wherein a second colored layer (8) having a predetermined color is partially provided above or below said first colored layer (9) and wherein hue, brightness and chroma of a color of said second colored layer are the same or almost the same as those of a color of said retroreflective element (5) or said first colored layer (9), respectively.
