PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plant controller which improves the reliability of output circuits. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with four output circuits of digital signal output devices 140, amplifier circuits 142 for operating three contacts with their output signals in each output circuit and a decision logic circuit which decides an output by the establishment of plural (two) or more output signals from each output circuit by the twelve amplification contacts 143 in total of the four output circuits.
