A device and a method for determination of a warrantor to be charged for the use of a service (2M,...,2Q), through and/or by means of a communication network and by a definite end-user (1). Processing means are used for selecting, according to predetermined rules and conditions, a warrantor (5A,...,5C) to be charged for the use of the service, among warrantors registered in memory means of the determination device, as accountable for an use of the same and/or other services by this end-user.
