PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient oil stove by preventing the burner port from being choked due to boil over. SOLUTION: The oil stove comprises burner section provided with a vaporizer 5 having a vaporization heater 4, a cup type burner head 11 having a plurality of burner ports 10 in the circumferential wall mounted fixed on the vaporizer 5, a heat recovery ring 13 standing at a specified interval from the burner head 11, means for supplying oil into the vaporizer 5, and a combustion fan for supplying combustion air into the vaporizer 5 wherein an opening is made in the upper surface of the housing, the burner section is disposed at the opening and a tripod is mounted on the burner section. In such a oil stove, a hole 19 is made at a lower part in the circumferential wall of the heat recovery ring 13.
