PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display characters or symbols at the arbitrary positions of the picture of a digital photograph in a digital camera equipped with a line of sight inputting device. SOLUTION: The visualized information position of characters by line of sight input to a digital photographic picture is decided by a line of sight inputting and controlling part 104, and converted by a voice inputting and recognizing part 107 through a microphone 108 as visualized information character information. The converted visualized information character information is displayed on a display part 103. The visualized information is added to a picture file format, and recorded through a recording controlling part 105 in an attachable/ detachable recording medium 106.
