<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumed in a nurse call device, without stopping the operation of a nurse call device. SOLUTION: A power battery 8 is charged with DC voltage which is converted in a DC converter 6 from AC voltage in low price time zone supplied from a night time power source 2, or a DC voltage being supplied from a clean wind power source 3, a solar light power generating source 4, or the like by the charge action of a charge 7, and this DC voltage is converted into an AC voltage with an AC converter 9, and it is supplied, as usual operation power, to a nurse call device 1 through switch 12, and in case that a battery remaining quantity measuring apparatus 10 detects the quantity of storage of a power battery (power capacity) being under emergency power capacity, the AC voltage from a commercial power source 5 is supplied, as replenishing operation power, to the nurse call device via a switch. Moreover, in case that a power stoppage monitor 11 detects the power stoppage of the commercial power source, this controller supplies, as emergency operation power, the DC voltage discharged from the power battery 8 to the nurse call device 1.</p> |
