发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTING MATERIAL WITH BULKY MULTI-LAYERED STRUCTURE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: A superconducting material with a bulky multi-layered structure and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to be capable of overcoming the limit of shape in existing thin film multi-layered structure to have in melting by mixing a powder forming method and a hot-pressing method to manufacture a bulky material. CONSTITUTION: A first step of the production method according to the present invention is to mix a plurality of powders of constituents of a desired composition at a predetermined ratio, particle of powders being smaller than 100 micrometer in size. The constituents and the atomic ratio in the powder mixture are determined according to formation of the desired. A second step is milling the powder mixture for a period by using a high-energy ball mill to mechanically alloy the powder mixture. An appropriate amount of the powder mixture is loaded into a ball-mill container with balls in an environment where external air is prevented from being in-flowed.
