PURPOSE: Signal transmitting method and device thereof are provided to maximize communication efficiency between landing equipments and an elevator control panel and to improve reliability in a data transferring system. CONSTITUTION: Firstly common data is transferred according to decision of an elevator control panel having a landing control device as a target that is divided into zones without performing serial communication respectively with plural landing control devices(107A¯109A) as target. Then inherent data are transmitted for conducting serial signal communication. Within inherent data, data deciding a transmitting point to a control device of plural landings and data assigning a call from the elevator control panel are assigned. Under the transmitting system of serial signal embodied, a large quantity of data are transmitted and received within a shortest time without adding an extra device to a high speed elevator requiring high quality and excellent function.
