PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-tight pressing fastener member in simplified structure firmly fixed or a plate material which is applied with a large load and is composed of a weather-resistant membrane and has water tightness. SOLUTION: In the water-tight pressing fastener member composed of an eyelet or ball part 1 having a central opening 10, a cap rivet 7 having a rivet rod 8 and a seal element 11, the seal element 11 composed of a mold is provided with a sleeve-shaped portion 15 and a loop-shaped disk portion 16 circumferentially extended almost perpendicularly to the sleeve-shaped portion 15. The sleeve-shaped portion 15 is inserted to the central opening 10, the rivet rod 8 is inserted through the plate material, the terminal part of the sleeve- shaped portion 15 of the seal element 11 s bent inside almost at 180 deg.C together with the deformation of the rivet rod 8 due to riveting, and the water-tight pressing fastener member is strongly fixed on the plate material. |
