PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a crab-flavored boiled fish paste processed into a crab leg-like state so as to assume a crab leg-like texture. SOLUTION: A dough 10 of a rodlike crab-flavored boiled fish paste comprising plural fibers is obliquely (in the direction X) cut to an equal width to prepare plural rhombic slices 11. Mutual cut surfaces 11A of the resultant rhombic slices 11 are butted from the left and the right sides. Mutual uncut surfaces 11B are brought into close contact and the many slices 11 are arranged in the front and rear. The plural rhombic slices 11 are fixed with a joining food material S to form a flat rodlike dough 13. A crab leg-like processing is carried out on one surface side of the flat rod-like dough 13 and the left and right are bent with the axial center in the front and rear direction in the flat rod-like dough 13 as the center to laminate and fix the left side to the right side of the flat rod-like dough 13. |
