PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify fieldwork by reducing a height more than a sill of the other standard height only in a place for arranging an outer wall panel for a Japanese-style room. SOLUTION: A low height sill 4a for installing an outer wall panel 3a for a Japanese-style room forms an L shape composed of a lower horizontal piece 6a and a vertical piece 7a, the lower horizontal piece 6a is placed in an upper surface part of a foundation 10 to be fixed to an anchor bolt 9 by a nut 13, and the vertical piece 7a is reduced in a height more than a vertical piece of a sill of a standard height. The outer wall panel 3a for a Japanese-style room having a window for sweepings 1 is installed on the low height sill 4a by directly placing a lower frame 16 on an upper surface of the foundation 10 and locking an inverse U-shaped locking part 17a of an upper end part of an inverse J-shaped locking metal fitting 17 fixed to a side surface of the lower frame 16 of the outer wall panel 3a on an upper end part of the vertical piece 7a of the low height sill 4a. Thus, since there is no need to form a recessed part in an under surface part of the threshold for an inner paper sliding door, work of the threshold for the inner paper sliding door is facilitated to reduce a cost.
