PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a malfunction wherein a seam is not formed by a fact that a thread end pulled off from a thread guiding part is not hung in the opposite direction to a rotating hook bobbin case holder in a bobbin exchanging apparatus. SOLUTION: In a bobbin exchanging apparatus provided with a means 16 for holding a bobbin case 14 and a carrying means for moving the holding means to a rotating hook bobbin case holder, a bobbin thread pulling-off part 46 provided in a bobbin case so as to pull off a bobbin thread T from a bobbin and a bobbin thread hooking member 122 on a moving path of the bobbin thread pulling-off part 46 by moving the bobbin case to the rotating hook bobbin case holder or in the neighborhood thereof are provided.
