PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by forming a block-shaped precast member while using a fiber reinforced cured material including reinforcing fiber and a reinforcing wire material. SOLUTION: An engaging projection 3 and an engaging recess 4 are formed at both end connection faces of a block-shaped precast member 2 and the projections 3 and the recesses 4 of a plurality of precast members 2 are fitted to and connected to each other to constitute a structural member such as a beam 1 or the like. The precast member 2 is formed of a fiber reinforced cured material such as fiber reinforced mortar/concrete or the like for instance. Tendons 5 are inserted in the beam 1 and an anchor member is fixed to both ends to introduce a prestress in the beam 1. In this way, the weight of the beam can be reduced and the strength and durability can be improved and further, workability of transportation, slinging, positioning, fitting, etc., can greatly be improved. The cost can be reduced. It can be adapted for a long span beam or the like due to prestressing.
