PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a regenerated tire which contributes to increasing the rate of regeneration of a used tire. SOLUTION: A tire having the side part 3 and the bead part 4 having a flaw deep upto a casing 1 and the tread part 2 with at least a flaw-free belt layer 5 after the service life of the tire is selected. The belt layer 5 or the flaw-free tread part 2 including the belt layer 5 is separated from this used tire A and is bound to a separately prepared flaw-free base tire 7.
