PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of car body rolling suppressing device requiring a small space and capable of effectively suppressing the rolling, pitching, rising and lowering of a car body. SOLUTION: The structure of a car body rolling suppressing device for rolling stock comprises an L-link 2a having a rotational support part and a damper 3a to couple the end face 1 of a car body with one end of the L-link 2a, the two 2a and 3a being installed near one of the ceiling surfaces pinching a penetrating path 6 in the end face 1 of one car. In the same manner, a mechanism consisting of an L-link 2'a and damper 3'a is installed near the floor of the mating end face of the adjacent car, and those ends of two L-links 2a and 2'a on the sides out of coupling with the dampers 3a and 3'a are joined by a cross-rod 4a upon passing by the penetrating path 6 in the car. The end faces 1, (1') and L-links 2a and 2'a are coupled by springs 5a and 5'a to prevent the damper 3a from being left in elongated condition under influence of the gravitational force and the other 3'a from being left in the contracted condition.
