PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling and simply fit to the shaft of a rotational drive device by fitting the annular projecting part of a flange A into the hollow part of a flange B by impressing pressure from the sides of both flanges to be integrated. SOLUTION: At first a ring plate-like cutter 4 is manufactured by an electrocasting method or the like, and it is fitted to the annular projecting part 5B of a flange A5 and fixed so as to project the one part from the outer circumeferential edge of the flange. Next, a flange B6 is arranged so that the hollow part is opposed to the annular projecting part 5a of the flange A5, and the ring plate-like cutter 4 is pinchedly held with the flange A5 and the flange B6. Next, pressure is impressed from both sides of the flanges by the use of a hand press or the like, the annular projecting part 5a of the flange A5 is fitted into the hollow part of the flange B6, and the ring plate-like cutter 4 and both sides flanges A5, B6 are integrated. Hereby, control of a cutter or the like is facilitated, the manufacturing process is simplified, and the workability can be improved.
