The platform allows different activities, production works and recreation to take place on it, as regardless of the weather conditions it remains immobile and in horizontal position. The platform is supplied with balance beams (1) pivotly mounted at both ends of levers (7). Symmetrically, on both sides of lever (7) shafts (6) are fixed ending by a spherical head resting on a bearing (5) fixed to box (2) to which the balance beam (1) is fitted.
