PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a waste of a material by forming an ink jet receiving layer of an ink jet receiving layer forming material containing a specific amount of a polyurethane urea when the layer is formed by using an ink jet recording type in an arbitrary pattern entirely or partly on a base material. SOLUTION: When product information such as a lot number, a bar code or the like is marked on a package by ink jet recording, an ink jet receiving layer is formed on a base material at a front stage of a marking step. To form such an ink jet receiving layer, 50 wt.% or above of a polyurethane urea is contained in the layer. The ink jet receiving layer forming material preferably contains a resin having water absorbency or hydrophilicity and stretchability or a compound having water absorbency or hydrophilicity or the compound having the absorbency or the hydrophilicity and a resin having stretchability. As the resin, a polyurethane and a polyurethane urea are preferable particularly in view of the stretchability and close adhesive properties. |
