PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a melamine resin decorative sheet by coating and impregnating a paper base with a phenol resin, coating its one face or both faces with a mixed liquid composed of a phenol resin liquid into which fine powder of a waste material of a melamine resin decorative sheet is mixed, using a paper base thus processed as a core material and laminate molding. SOLUTION: In the case of considering the recycle rate for a phenol resin used for a core layer, the phenol resin is preferably water-soluble and of a comparatively low molecular weight type. Then the formation of an interlaminar bonding properties based on the resin impregnation for a base is carried out in a first step, and one face or both faces of the base are coated by a mixed resin liquid composed of a phenol resin liquid into which decorative sheet fine powder or inorganic filler fine powder is blended at the given ratio and dried in a second step to manufacture a resin impregnated base for a core. For the coating in the second step, a roll coater is adopted. |
