PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank with a flexible diaphragm, which can achieve a highly corrosionproof function in a simple structure and is easily assembled, on which repair work is also easy, and which is capable of economically storing a liquid having corrosive gas dissolved therein. SOLUTION: A tank has a flexible diaphragm 8 provided in an air layer portion 7 located above a liquid 6 stored in the tank for storing a liquid in which corrosive gas is dissolved, and the flexible diaphragm 8 is transversely developed so as to laterally patition the air layer portion 7 and is formed in such a manner as to be kept in a loose state. The flexible diaphragm 8 is provided with parts 9P to be supported, which are supported on a tank roof 5, and the circumferential edge of the flexible diaphragm 8 is airtightly joined to a side wall 2 of the tank.
