PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the fluctuation with high rotating precision and realize the longer life of a bearing by inclining one of a shaft and a sleeve relatively to the other, rotating it as it is inclined, and using the dynamic pressure by the rotation. SOLUTION: A shaft 11 is inclined relatively to a sleeve 12 by an external energizing force. Although the space between the part A of the sleeve 12 and the part B located in the lower right thereof is narrowed by the relative inclination of the shaft 11 when the shaft 11 is rotated, a dynamic pressure is generated by the rotation of the shaft 11, and the shaft 11 continues the rotation in the non-contact state with the sleeve 12. To further stabilize this dynamic pressure and minimize the axial shaking of a motor, the space between the shaft 11 and the sleeve 12 is kept as small as possible. Namely, the inclination of the shaft 11 in this part is parallel to the inclination of the tapered surface of the sleeve 12, and a prescribed length is ensured in the position for generating the dynamic pressure.
