PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic welding horn capable of obtaining an electric wire joining structure having high durability. SOLUTION: In a joining block 21 of a ultrasonic welding horn 20, a nonskid surface part 24 is formed in the nearly forward half of the lower surface of the block and a smooth surface part 25 consisting of a smooth surface is formed in the nearly backward half. The smooth surface part 25 is set so as to become nearly the same surface as the bottom surface of the quadrangular pyramid formed in the nonskid surface part 24. Thus, the joining area between the electric wire and the member to be joined is secured without damaging the electric wire and whereby joining strength is improved. |
