PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half PC slab capable of simplifying handing method and of reducing the number of timbering operations when placing post-cast concrete. SOLUTION: A half PC floor slab 12 becomes a floor slab 16 after a post-cast concrete 14 is placed on the top surface 1202 on the job site. Shear reinforcing members 1206 are embedded in the half PC floor slab 12, and the upper half portion of the shear reinforcing member 1206 is exposed above the top surface 1202 of the half PC floor slab 12. At the bottom surface of the half PC floor slab 12 near both the long sides, two I-shaped steel members 18 (reinforcing members made of steel) are installed at certain intervals in an extending direction of the short sides. And the I-shaped steel members 18 can be detachable from the bottom surface 1204 of the half PC floor slab 12 by handling bolts.
