<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a production plan causing no shortage of products even for a group of products for which estimate of demand is difficult by adding sale expansion quantity to the production plan. SOLUTION: A parameter setting part 1 is provided which sets sale expansion quantity to stock setting amount, a stock start day to input day of sale expansion planning information, a stock end day before a predetermined number of days of a delivery day, and production priority order to stock quantity. A production demand amount calculation part 2 calculates production demand amount for stock quantity of sale expansion products until the stock end day in accordance with conditions set by the parameter setting part 1 to give it to a production plan preparation part 3 in order to prepare a production plan by stock replenishing system, judges whether actual stock amount satisfies the stock setting amount on stock end day or not and calculates production demand amount out of replenishment demand by setting the production priority order out of the replenishment demand at the time when actual stock amount does not satisfy the stock setting amount to give it to the production plan preparing part 3 in order to prepare the production plan by stock replenishing system.</p> |
