PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an org. waste treatment apparatus capable of continuously and effectively decomposing waste such as garbage or the like without generating environmental pollution. SOLUTION: A treatment tank 21 having a plurality of treatment chambers 22, 23, 24, 25 and a plurality of decomposition treatment materials housed in the treatment chambers along with waste to be treated to decompose the waste are provided and the decomposition treatment materials consist of porous balls and microorganisms implanted in the porous balls and one kind of a microorganism different from microorganisms of other porous balls is implanted in each of the porous balls.
