PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured electrostatic-field fryer securely forming a stable electrostatic field. SOLUTION: This invention relates to an electrode attaching structure of an electrostatic-field fryer 1 which has a support net 3 over a heat pipe, an electrode net 2 mounted on the support net 3 whose outer size is smaller than the support net 3, and insulating pieces connecting the nets 2 and 3. The nets 2, 3 are comprised of longitudinal bars arranged with prescribed intervals and crossbar elements almost orthogonally crossing the longitudinal bars. At least one insulating piece has an engagement groove with which the crossbar element is engaged at least either on the upper surface or on the lower surface, and an engagement groove with which the longitudinal bar of both nets is engaged on the side surface. The oil tank 12 of the electrostatic-field fryer 1 is partitioned by a partition wall 14, which has an insulating member 8 in a part where a basket 6 for storing a foodstuff to be fried is engaged. The insulating member 8 is for insulating and engaging the basket 6 with the partition wall 14.
