PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive recording material having excellent image preservability and humidity dependence in the material containing polymer fine particles in a heat sensitive recording layer. SOLUTION: In the heat sensitive recording material comprising a heat sensitive recording layer on a support, the recording layer contains at least polymer fine particles, and a protective colloid used to form the particles is a carboxy modified polyvinyl alcohol and/or an end alkyl modified polyvinyl alcohol. |
