PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus which enables smooth ophthalmologic measurement by accurately identifying a subject. SOLUTION: An ID card 2 on which identifying information of a subject is read by a card reader 3, and measurement data of the subject is automatically retrieved from a data memory part 5 according to the identifying information thus read to be displayed on display parts 1b and 4a. The measurement data of the subject are preserved into the data memory part 5 with the identifying information of the subject attached. In such a constitution, an identifying information of the subject is recorded on the ID card 2, and hence the subject can be correctly identified by reading the ID card 2. Thus, automatic reference and display of the measurement data of the subject or storing and preserving of the measurement data into a data base together with the read identifying information of the subject are made possible. |
