<p>A plasma torch comprising a replaceable cartridge (100) consisting of only six parts: an anode nozzle (1) made from electrolytic copper, a cathode support (2) made from electrolytic copper, a doped tungsten cathode (3), a diffusing/centralising cathode made of plastic (4), an assembler made of plastic (5) and a ceramic insert (6). The parts are press-assembled and the assembly of said parts creates volumes (71, 72, 73) that make up the cooling circuit of the anode (1) and other elements of the torch, in addition to conduits and inlet fittings for the plasmagenic gas. Liquid inlets and outlets are provided by a fitting and maintenance structure for easy assembly of the cartridge (100).</p> |
