The invention relates to a clamping device for elastically fixing a first component to a second component (4 or 2) with a capscrew (1) and a spring washer (6) encompassing the screw shaft and facing the head of said screw from the side of the shaft of the capscrew (1), wherein the capscrew (1) is inserted through the first component (4) into the second component adjacent to the first component (4) and is fixed to the spring washer (6) adjacent to the first component (4) during fixing. The invention aims at providing a spring washer permanently exerting an even predetermined force once mounted. To this end, said device is characterized in that a shaft area adjacent to the head of the screw is configured as a radially projecting annular collar (5) intended for an axial stop on the second component (2); the thickness of the area of the spring washer (6) is smaller than the height of an area of the annular collar (5), which is located between the head of the screw and an area in the second component (2) serving as a stop for the spring washer (6) when the screwcap (1) has been screwed with the annular collar (5) on the second component (2).
