DUAL ABSORPTION TYPE RANGE HOOD

PURPOSE: A dual absorption type range hood is provided to accomplish an improved conveying rate and exhaust efficiency while employing an axial-flow type blower and a centrifugal blower having a high suction force. CONSTITUTION: A range hood comprises a hood body(20) having a first hood chamber(22) with a first suction port(22a) opened downward at a center of the first hood chamber and a second hood chamber(24) having a second suction port(24a) opened downward at a periphery portion of the first suction port, a first suction member arranged in the first hood chamber so as to absorb or transfer a large volume of smoke or smell per hour through the first suction port, and a second suction member arranged in the second hood chamber so as to compressively absorb, through the second suction port, a contaminated air propagating toward the periphery of the first suction port.
