<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of the abnormality of power voltage at connection to a power source whose voltage value is different from the rated value of an on-vehicle unit and when there is fault of a charger by detecting supplied the power voltage, judging whether the power voltage is within a prescribed range and informing the user of this, when the power voltage is abnormal. SOLUTION: An abnormal voltage detection means 3 monitors power voltage supplied through a connector 1, judges that the power voltage is abnormal when the power voltage exceeds a prescribed value and transmits an abnormal voltage signal to a signal processing means 4. When the signal processing means 4 receives the abnormal voltage signal from the abnormal voltage detection means 3, it operates an abnormality information means 5 and informs a user that the power voltage is abnormal. When the abnormality information means 5 gives information, that the voltage is abnormal is displayed by a display device 10 and from a sound source device 11 on a sound guidance. The actual power voltage of a vehicle, whose rated value is 12 V is 10-16 V and 18 V and higher is judged as being at overvoltage and 6 V and below is judged as being at low voltage.</p> |
