PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an excellent taking-out tool capable of simply scooping up sticky material and dissolving and distributing it into liquid in the taking-out tool for sticky material such as bean paste which is to be used in a state being dissolved or distributed in liquid. SOLUTION: This tool is constituted of a handle 2 formed foldably via a hinge 4 along the center of longitudinal direction, and a pair of parts in the state of net trays 3 which are respectively extended on both sides of the hinge 4 at the tip part of the handle and form a hollow net-like body 5 by making opening surfaces in contact with each other at the time of folding the handle.
