摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure taking-off/landing/light and maneuverability and to quickly avoid near-miss time by installing a thrust direction changing cylinder having the outer periphery of a spherical surface shape or a taper shape in a fan duct and an exhaust nozzle or one rear part of a jet engine so as to be freely depressed and elevated. SOLUTION: A thrust direction changing cylinder 4 having the outer periphery of a spherical shape or a taper shape or a straight shape is pivotally fixed to a fan duct 2 and an exhaust nozzle 3 or either one rear part of a jet engine 1 so as to be freely depressed and elevated. A screw jack or a hydraulic reciprocatively actuating cylinder 6 is pivotally fixed in an oblique upper enging bracket 5 of the thrust direction changing cylinder 4 by a trunnion 7 or a crevice so that a rod 8 of the reciprocatively actuating cylinder 6 is pivotally fixed to an upper part of the thrust direction changing cylinder 4. When turning this thrust direction changing cylinder 4 downward, rising performance is obtained, and when turning the cylinder upward, lowring performance is obtained to thereby failitate taking off and landing as well as to improve collision avoiding performance at near-miss time.
