PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate an individual positioning work and a reinforcing material attaching work by attaching a back panel to a wall, attaching a paper holder to the lower part of the back panel and joining the back panel with the paper holder through the use of a grip. SOLUTION: The back panel 1 is attached to the wall surface A of a bathroom or the like, the paper holder 2 is fixed in the lower part of the back panel 1 and the holder 2 is joined with the back panel 1 with the grip 3. When an old person or the like sits down or stands up from a stool or the like, the paper holder 2 is prevented from being broken since the holder 2 is joined with the back panel 1 by using the grip even when he or she totters and puts his or her hand on the holder 2. Thus, it is not required to execute the works for positioning the individual position and for attaching the reinforcing material, so that the working labor and time can be reduced.
