PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electromagnetic sounding body which makes it possible to build a coil spring in order from the top surface part as well as other element components in the case of assembling the coil spring, makes it easy to position the coil spring without using any jig, etc., and can improve the operability and decrease the man-hour. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic sounding body 10 stores element components such as an exciting coil 3, a magnet 4, a diaphragm 5, and a couple of coil springs (electrode spring terminal) 6 between a base cover 2 and a top cover 1, the coil spring 6 is equipped at their end parts with a coil spring terminal connection part 6a having a larger diameter than a coil part 6b and an electrode terminal 6c projecting from the reverse surface of the base cover 2, and a lead frame 7 molded to the base cover 2 and the coil spring terminal connection part 6a are fixed with solder 8. All components can be built in from the top side of the base cover 2, no complicated jig is used to position the spring, and the operability is improved to reduce the man-hour.
