PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic composite material diode, in particular a diode composed of an organic composite material containing carbon nanotubes. SOLUTION: The organic composite material diode includes: an organic composite material layer containing a plurality of carbon nanotubes; a first electrode and a second electrode arranged to the organic composite material layer at intervals therebetween and electrically connected to the organic composite material layer, respectively; and a pressing layer disposed on a surface of the organic composite material layer and covering a portion of the organic composite material layer. The first electrode is electrically connected to the portion of the organic composite material layer covered by the pressing layer, and the second electrode is electrically connected to the portion of the organic composite material layer not covered by the pressing layer.
