PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of damage to a head lamp due to contact with an obstacle by improving the visibility of an operator. SOLUTION: This wheel loader is formed so that a working device 19 is installed on a front frame 20 and an operator's seat 1 and canopy 6 are installed on a rear frame 10. In this case, an instrument panel 7 is positioned on the right forward side of the operator's seat 1 on the rear frame 10, and the head lamp 8 is installed on a column 9 of the canopy 6. Thus, the visibility can be increased, and a safe and reliable work can be performed. In addition, the possibility of damage to the head lamp due to a contact with an obstacle can be reduced.
