PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxins synthesis preventing air cooling device and a method therefor to reduce temperature to a value lower than a synthesis temperature of dioxins by the passage of high temperature exhaust gas in a short time through a close piping constitution air cooling pipe along a flow passage formed by an air cooling pipe. SOLUTION: A rapid cooling cylinder body 2 is provided with an upper introduction opening part 3 to introduce high temperature exhaust gas in a decomposition state of a constitution chemical molecule of dioxins generated in various furnaces, and a lead-out opening part 4 to lead out low temperature exhaust gas after rapid cooling treatment. Plane air-cooling pipe groups (a) in which a number of air cooling pipes 5 are arranged in an alignment state on the same plane at intervals of a distance are incorporated in an overlapped state in parallel, in order, at intervals of a distance in the rapid cooling cylinder body. A gap between the adjoining air cooling pipes 5 to constitute each plane air-cooling pipe group (a) is provided as a flow passage for exhaust gas. Cooling air is supplied from one opening end of the plane air-cooling pipe group (a) to the other opening end is heat-exchanged with exhaust gas flowing in a high temperature state through the air-cooling pipe 5 to constitute a dioxins synthesis prevention air cooling device. |
