PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing mechanism capable of generating the sufficient radial dynamic pressure even in a zone of a comparatively low speed, and easily and inexpensively executing the surface working to generate the radial dynamic pressure. SOLUTION: The dot-like fine irregularity is dispersedly formed on at least one of an outer peripheral surface 2a of a first member and an inner peripheral surface 3a of a second member (herein after a roughed surface), opposite to one another through a bearing clearance G filled with the liquid to rough the surface, and its central line average roughness Ra is adjusted within a range of 0.1-1.0μm. According to this construction, as the sufficient radial dynamic pressure can be generated at a comparatively low speed of rotation, a time of the dynamic pressure insufficient condition in the starting or stopping of a rotating mechanism can be shortened, and the components in the bearing part are hardly abraded.
