PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recover heat held by combustion exhaust gas by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A main body 20a of a chimney comprises a membrane tube 23, which consists of a plurality of heat transfer tubes 21 and membrane bars 22, both of which being integrally welded and formed into an annular shape with a thermal insulator 2 being interposed between the membrane tube 23 and a facing plate 24. A drain water tray 26 is disposed at a prescribed position of the inside the membrane tube 23. With the supply of fluid to the heat transfer tubes 21, heat possessed by combustion exhaust gas is recovered. The condensed water generated at the membrane tube 23 by the lowering of the combustion exhaust gas temperature, is received by the drain water tray 26 and discharged outside for treatment.
